Our annual outings are both famous and infamous. No one is safe during winter sports, whether that’s on the slopes or in the après-ski bar. During the Corporate Social Responsibility Day, we roll up our sleeves, but always end with a nice dinner. Even partners and kids are drummed up every year for a family day, not to mention the Christmas dinner, New Year's drinks and other team outings. We don’t just create beautiful projects, we also have fun. And especially with each other. We celebrate our successes and special moments together.

Starting with us gives you a head start, because of the solid foundation. Both from you and from us. You already bring a lot to the table, and we will continue to build on that. Our RYSING STARS are the junior community within RYSE. You definitely want to be part of that at the start of your career! 

 As a RYSING STAR, you are part of our group of young and ambitious colleagues who organise legendary activities throughout the year. From the RYSING STARS weekend to teambuilding activities, visiting each other's projects and cosy get-togethers: there’s always something going on. If you're struggling with anything, you can always turn to your fellow RYSING STARS for advice. Because, let's face it, as a young professional, you sometimes need a bit of help. At the annual networking event, our RYSING STARS invite other young professionals from the industry to discuss current topics, and to network and socialise together.

With RYSING STARS, you get to know other juniors and our company in an informal way. Together with your colleagues, you provide a critical perspective on the organisation, whether it’s asked for or not, because our young talents are the experienced professionals of the future.

Young Talent Program

RYSE up your talent!

As a young talent at RYSE, you work in project teams on complex and challenging projects. No two days are the same. Because of the variety of tasks, your day flies by. For example, you may be (jointly) responsible for carrying out accommodation and feasibility studies, learning about initiating new projects for clients, managing design and construction teams, developing Programs of Requirements, and monitoring aspects of project management. You will also participate in the acquisition of new projects, selection procedures and tenders.

We want to help our juniors grow and rise above themselves. By working directly with seniors or mediors on projects, you get on-the-job coaching. For us, that’s the basis, complemented by a development program: The Young Talent Program.

In this development program, you work on broadening your professional knowledge, enhancing your personal skills and improving your effectiveness. Together with other young, ambitious and enthusiastic juniors, you work individually and in groups to develop your knowledge, skills and added value as a project manager and adviser. Experienced managers and coaches will guide you through this process. 

This is how you will find your way more quickly in the world of the built environment, approach projects with more confidence, enjoy the company of your fellow RYSING STARS, and prepare yourself for the next step in your career.

Professional Development Program

At RYSE, we challenge our clients to raise the bar and rise above themselves. But of course, that also applies to our own professionals: entrepreneurs at heart. And you can feel it. The Professional Development Program fulfils this need and gives our go-getters the opportunity to look that little bit further and get the most out of themselves.

The program consists of various modules focused on commercialism, personal development and knowledge. Areas of focus that you will encounter as an advisor, project manager, and support staff at RYSE, and which are essential for continuously improving your (future) role.
