The development partnership Boat&Co has collectively created a sustainable (BREEAM Excellent) hotel in the Houthaven area of Amsterdam.
The hotel features 82 spacious hotel apartments, complemented by luxury amenities such as a SPA, a gym, an inviting lounge/bar, a hospitable restaurant, and a parking garage. The building design pays homage to the Amsterdamse School architectural style and was conceived by Kollhoff Architekten.
The interior design was crafted by Martin Brudnizki Design Studio from London. The hotel was completed in the summer of 2019 and serves as a distinctive gathering and lodging destination for both guests and visitors.
RYSE, representing the hotel operator (City ID Group), played a pivotal role as the project manager in the development of the hotel's interior. Collaborating with the hotel owners, designers, developers, and contractors, RYSE translated the unique interior design into an innovative and sustainable apartment hotel. In addition to project management, RYSE also assumed responsibility for the interior fit-out coordination and quality assurance during the hotel's realization.
