Expansion of WTC Amsterdam: Tower Ten
Expansion of Holland's most successful office location
The commercial center at the Zuidas in Amsterdam
The World Trade Center (WTC) - the commercial centre located in the Zuidas district of Amsterdam - has expanded to enable companies to grow. And in this way, simultaneously elevating the rental options and services in the offices to the highest level. A new tower has been built for this purpose: Tower Ten. CBRE Global Investors expanded WTC Amsterdam on behalf of the CBRE Dutch Office Fund, with RYSE responsible for project management throughout the entire process.
Investing in quality and floor space
The WTC Amsterdam is the most successful office location in the Netherlands, due to continuous investments in sustainability, facilities and services, but also by expanding office floor space. A volume study was conducted for the modification, specifically examining the (technical) feasibility of enlarging the WTC Amsterdam next to the existing tower, on the corner of Strawinskylaan/Beethovenlaan.
Tower Ten, the new tower of WTC Amsterdam, comprises of 32,000 m2 of office space spread over 22 floors. The existing 17,000 m2 tower at the corner of Strawinskylaan/Beethovenlaan will also be completely renovated. Offices and facilities have been added according to the current WTC concept. Tower Ten has received the BREEAM-NL certificate for the design.
From feasibility study to realisation
RYSE has been responsible for project management of the project since 2015 and has been actively involved from the start of the feasibility study. After successfully completing the design and permit process, the execution has begun. We are also taking care of project and quality management during the execution of the project.
