Zalmhaven Toren - Rotterdam

Amvest/Aegon decided to add the "Zalmhaven" project in Rotterdam to their property portfolio. The project is an inner-city high-rise development by Amvest Projectontwikkeling and AM Real Estate Development. The development consists of 482 apartments, including 200 rental apartments in the private sector, spread over three residential towers.

The two towers in the middle, at 70 metres high, were designed by Kaan Architects and consist of a plinth building with a parking garage, ground-floor homes and a roof garden. The front tower, the Zalmhaven Toren, was designed by Dam and Partners Architects. At 215 metres, it will be the tallest building in the Netherlands. It will soon house a reception area, park café, gym, offices, housing, a restaurant on the 56th floor and a panorama concourse on the 57th floor. The floors above the 57th floor will be allocated for technical spaces. The project is being realised by BAM Grote Projecten from Bunnik.
 

The role of RYSE

RYSE, commissioned by Amvest/Aegon, is involved in the construction of the 200 rental apartments of this project and carries out quality control and deliveries during the ongoing construction period.
